Our Cleaning Process
- Technical Assessment – Detailed inspection to evaluate unit's condition
- Component Disassembly – Carefully removing key Aircon parts
- Pressure Washing – Cleaning filters and coils with high-pressure equipment
- Reassembly & Testing – Reassembling parts and conducting performance tests
Service Limitations & Conditions
Aircon Cleaning service excludes:
- •Processing of work permits or administrative fees
- •Aircon repairs or refrigerant top-ups (contact us for a quote)
- •Masonry, carpentry, or structural work
- •Resealing of gaps (available for additional fee)
Important:
- •Customer must provide safe access to units.
- •Inform us if your unit is difficult to access. Extra charges may apply.
- •Delays may incur additional charges.
- •We do not service AC units located at heights equivalent to two floors or higher, as scaffolding may be required.
Service Warranty
Limited warranty valid for 2 weeks from cleaning date covering:
- •Persistent dirt issues
- •Blockages or drainage concerns from cleaning
Warranty does not cover mechanical failure, refrigerant loss, or damages from external factors.
